SMS has its own US based, 7x24x365 call center that takes "first call" for all our customers.

Your call is immediately escalated to our senior engineering team for diagnosis. Once diagnosis is performed, the parts and a Field Engineer are dispatched to the customer location. SMSs real time ITIL based portal, singlePoint, tracks all information related to each incident, and our call center and engineering staff ensure excellence in meeting or exceeding SLAs.
