SMS performs the most important asset management functions

Survey and inventory SMS will survey and inventory your data center's assets.
SMS performs a site survey to gather important information regarding every device covered in our Master Maintenance Contract. This may include configurations, IOS versions, patch levels, and network diagrams, and other important data points related to your servers, storage, network and service contracts. All of this information, as well as external documentation, can be stored in singlePoint™ .
Tracking SMS will track your assets.
SMS uses singlePoint™ to track the physical location of these assets, whether they reside in your local, remote, or hosted data center.
Management SMS will manage all service contracts.
Nothing is more painful than managing the mix of multi-vendor, multi-year, multi-OEM, multi-concurrent warranty expirations for a large data center. SMS offers maintenance management wherein we:

  • Can arrange for remediation and dispatch from the maintenance provider.

Retirement SMS will retire your assets in a secure and environmentally friendly manner.
When your asset approaches retirement, we will arrange for disposal of the equipment. If a disposal certification is required, we provide this to you and log it into singlePoint™ so that you have a complete record of the asset from purchase to retirement.
