- Activity Board view of current status of entire environment includes SMS Opened tickets, New Added Items, and Expiration notification.
- Ability to create non-critical incidents online via singlePoint™.
- Numerous Graphs and Reports, including SLA Score Card and Asset Failure Analysis.
- All SMS Maintained Assets are pre-loaded into singlePoint™ and synchronized daily with internal contract systems.
- Ability to track Assets and Contracts that are not under SMS Support
