SMS will support you from multiple service centers should a covered event occur. We will leverage our global inventory of systems and devices, and provide configurations to match the capabilities of the covered equipment.
Our service centers have massive inventories of:
- Field Replaceable Units and modules.
- Memory, controllers, interface boards, and power supplies.
- Disk and tape drives, displays, keyboards, printers, and related support devices.

Covered Event
Covered events include vandalism, employee abuse, failures beyond normal wear and tear for such items as faulty electrical power or air conditioning, and unauthorized repairs. Exclusions are Acts of War and terrorism, radioactive contamination, facility property damage caused flood, fire, hurricanes, etc. Indirect, incidental damages arising from hardware downtime caused by any of the included covered loss forms. Coverage does not extend to software or application programs or databases.
