Service Delivery Frequency Brief Description
Systems Monitoring
Daily SMS will check all device systems logs via Real-Time Monitoring and/or Explorer Scripts.  The results are reported back to SMS field engineers in your geographical locations so that proactive remediation can occur, if needed.
 
OS patch analysis and management Monthly
Quarterly

This service covers the OS and related sub-systems. The field engineer will discuss the recommended patches with you and their applicability to your devices.
 
On-site technical service Monthly

This service includes availability, capacity and performance, security, upgrades, and infrastructure management. You can choose an item from the service menu or work with the account manager to develop a customized technical service.  
 
System-wise health check Monthly

SMS uses diagnostic tools to assess the computing environment your devices. A series of diagnostic tests will be performed to compare your computing environment to accepted system management practices.
SMS then provides a report that details the findings, highlighting the conditions that require resolution or investigation, and recommends a suitable course of action.  

Telephone assistance Daily SMS will provide basic information and telephone assistance to assist you with installing patches, and Operating System questions and or upgrades.
