Systems Monitoring
The servers under SMS Proactive Service will have their system logs checked via Real-Time Monitoring, crontabs, logwatch and/or Explorer Scripts on a periodic basis.  The results will be reported back to SMS Proactive Service advocate along with the hardware engineers in the geographical locations so that remediation can occur, if needed.
Frequency Option: Daily reporting

OS patch analysis and management Operating system patch analysis and management is provided for operating system environment installed on a single server. The patch analysis covers the OS and related sub-systems, if installed on the server. The SMS Proactive Service advocate will discuss the recommended patches with you, based on the frequency options you select.
Frequency Options:
Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly.
On-site technical service For customers who purchase SMS Proactive Service for one or more servers, the service includes technical services based on the frequency option, or equivalent. Possible service topics include availability, capacity and performance, security, upgrades, and infrastructure management. You can choose an item from the service menu or work with the account manager to develop a customized technical service.  
Frequency Options:
Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly.
System-wise health check Periodically, SMS uses diagnostic tools to assess the computing environment of one server. A series of diagnostic tests will be performed to compare your computing environment to accepted system management practices. SMS then provides a report that details the findings, highlighting the conditions that require resolution or investigation, and recommends a suitable course of action.  
Frequency Options:
Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly.
Telephone assistance SMS can also provide basic information and telephone assistance to assist the Customer with installing patches, and Operating System questions, upgrades.
Frequency Options: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly.
