There is no “denial of service” due to administrative errors. All SMS contract modifications or time and materials charges
for the incident will be worked out with you after you are up and running again.
Service Entitlement
We will never deny you service for
missing or transposed device serial numbers or for moved, added, or
changed equipment to your infrastructure overlooked by us. We will
take your call, work with you to get the device up and running, and then
get the asset covered under your existing
service agreement with SMS.
