If our clients miss a device or inventory item, our Fix-IT-FirstTM policy will ensure you will receive coverage on any asset that is not on your contract, as long as you have a support agreement in place with SMS and we have local replacement parts.Service Continuity
SMS will never deny you service for missing or transposed device serial numbers, or for moved, added, or changed equipment to your infrastructure overlooked by us. We will take your call, work with you to get the device up and running, and then get the asset covered under your existing service agreement with SMS.Call Center Support
