When a part failure is detected, we take the required parts for your system from our working lab environment and perform an equipment swap at your site. We call this our HotSpares™ replacement program. HotSpares™ does not end our quality control process. The suspect part is removed from your facility and inserted into our Service Center lab where it is tested. When the problem appears in our lab, we know we have resolved your problem, and we replenish the defective part.
