Remote Monitoring
For those customers who require the most immediate service when issues arise, SMS offers a service on select equipment to provide for individual systems to “call home”, or alerts us of issues or alarms when they occur; even if their staff are not watching over them all of the time.
This service many times does not require the purchase of special tools or agents. SMS is happy to work with some of the very same systems, either installed by the manufacturer, or in conjunction with a customer’s own internally managed event monitoring system. Events, or email messages are sent to the SMS, and immediately picked up by our Call Center; tickets are created; and our technicians are then dispatched.
