We use singlePointâ„¢ to consolidate interactions with all maintenance providers and maintain all necessary paperwork for your service entitlement. Our call center uses singlePoint™ to determine:
- Is the failing device covered by SMS or another maintenance provider?
- Do we have a maintenance management contract in place for this device?
- With a maintenance
management contract in place, SMS will:
► Place a call on your behalf to the correct maintenance provider.
► Provide the letter of assignment to the maintenance provider.
► Provide the proof of entitlement for that device to the maintenance provider.
► Monitor the situation until it is resolved by that service provider. - If a Maintenance Management contract is NOT in place, and there is no other service contract covering this device, SMS will initiate our Fix-IT-First™ policy.
