Joined Systems Maintenance Services as part of the Top Gun acquisition in 2009
Joel Owens is responsible for leading the IBM enterprise services within SMS as well as SMSs growth strategy in the Central Region. He is committed to delivering superior maintenance and maintenance management support services for clients with IBM systems and to multi-vendor clients throughout his region.
Prior to joining SMS, he was the founder of QualTech International, QualTech Services Group and Top Gun Technology.
