Greg Hoogerland is responsible for advancing SMSs global operations through new product development, process improvement and overseeing the design and development of singlePoint. Greg is committed to customer satisfaction and ensuring a consistent level of service delivery through SMSs team of full-time engineers and network of global support partners. Under Gregs leadership, SMS has successfully integrated the operations of four companies and increased the number of supported products and services manifold.
Prior to joining SMS, Greg worked for SunGard Availability Services, most recently as the Vice President of Product Development, and prior to that as the Vice President of Central Engineering and Enterprise Management for SunGard Global Services. Before SunGard Greg was the CIO for a multinational electronics firm, and has held COO and CTO roles in the managed services and hosting industries.
