Ed Ismail is responsible for the leadership of the Storage Systems business that delivers an integrated, multi-vendor, global support solution to meet the mission-critical needs of SMSs customers. Ed is committed to customer satisfaction and developing storage services that enable customers to gain control of their IT capital expenditures, reduce costs of ownership and minimize the disruptions caused by equipment upgrades.
Prior to joining SMS, Ed held a wide range of engineering and executive management positions at TRW, Amdahl Corporation, Fujitsu Technology and Sun/STK. He also served as CTO at Fujitsu Technology (FTSI) for four years.
