Bill Pershin is responsible for the development and execution of SMSs growth strategy in the Federal Systems Division. Bill is committed to developing reliable and cost-effective solutions tailored specifically for Federal Systems clients and their demands faced in the management of enterprise IT asset maintenance and lifecycle services.
Prior to joining SMS, Bill was the co-founder of CSI and served as its President for 22 years. Before joining CSI, Bill held senior management positions at Control Data Corporation, Executive Computer Maintenance and Servcom Inc.
