Joel Owens is responsible for leading SMS's Global Products and Services Group with a commitment to developing and delivering best-in-class enterprise IT asset lifecycle services. Under Joel's leadership SMS has expanded its product delivery capabilities to support most major OEM platforms and product sets. SMS continues to expand and enhance its product offerings with a dedicated central engineering team supporting its global field engineering team.
Prior to joining SMS, Joel was the founder of QualTech International, QualTech Services Group and Top Gun Technology.
