We treat every service call as if it is the most important call of the day.

Our Fix-It-First™ policy ensures that you will never be denied coverage due to an administrative oversight. As an SMS customer, if a device fails that was mistakenly not covered by your service contract, SMS will respond to your call on a best effort basis and get you back up and running as soon as possible.

There is no denial of service due to administrative errors. All SMS contract modifications or time and materials charges for the incident will be worked out with you after you are up and running again.
